(1) Before starting the machine, check whether the wires of each part of the welder are well connected, whether the insulation performance is reliable, whether the welding equipment is reliably grounded, whether the shell of the control box and the outer cover on the terminal board are intact, and whether the cable used for submerged arc welding meets the requirements of the rated welding current of the welder.
